Return and Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You will also need your order confirmation or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at support@pawslyshop.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you return instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives. Contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, some items cannot be returned once opened or used. Custom or personalized products may also be non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to request a return for the original item and place a new order once the return is approved.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please remember that banks and card issuers may take additional time to post the refund.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at support@pawslyshop.com. We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has already been processed or shipped.
