We want you and your pet to be happy with every Pawsly order. If something is not right, contact us and we will help you through the next step.
30-day return window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging.
How to start a return
Email support@pawslyshop.com with your order number and a short note about the issue. If your return is accepted, our support team will send return instructions.
Damaged or incorrect items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, some opened or used pet-care items cannot be returned. Custom or personalized products may also be non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if the refund is approved. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method. Banks and card issuers may take additional time to post the refund.
